God is a relationship -- Father, Son and Holy Spirit all as One.  Because man is created by God we are relational beings as well. We long to know and be known by others. Our world taught us we should be independent, not needing anyone else. Instead of producing independence and freedom that
philosophy left us empty, living in isolation while feeling deep inside that something is missing.

The truth is that we are to be neither dependent, nor independent, but inter-dependent, living in healthy relationship
with others. The Christian life is not one to be lived in isolation but in community with other believers who can encourage
us, support us and challenge us. God uses these relationships to transform us into what He intended for us from the
beginning. That is the purpose behind Pointe Groups. 

Our goal for the North Pointe church family is every member
actively involved in a Pointe Group which he or she can call home. Theses groups of 6-12 people serve as the primary
place where love is shared, care is administered and discipleship is encouraged. To join a group you can call the phone
number given for each Pointe Group. The host will answer your questions concerning that particular group. Or call the
church office and the ministry staff will help you get placed in a group that can travel with you on your spiritual journey.
