Leadership for the North Pointe Church of Christ

We believe having shepherds for our congregation is a biblical model for North Pointe church.  We take the role of shepherds very seriously and have tried to use the utmost care in selecting the most qualified men for these roles.  The shepherds of the North Pointe Church of Christ are Mike Campbell, Doug Priebe and Gerow Roberts.  Our prayer is that God will guide these men in this role.

To assist the shepherds and help the North Pointe church function in an organized manner, the following teams are in place to address specific needs:

Spiritual Development Team

The Spiritual Development Team exists to oversee and develop all necessary programs to encourage and equip members of the North Pointe Church of Christ in their walk with God and to be in touch with the spiritual needs of the congregation. The team is open to all active members of North Pointe who have the passion to work in His Kingdom. They meet bi-monthly or as needed.

Logistics Team

The function of the Logistics Team is to be responsible for all physical elements of North Pointe, ex: rental facilities, storage facility, office space, meeting facilities, library, van, etc. The Team will also be responsible for the welfare of members who are in need of food during times of sickness, death or make a request for assistance.

Land and Building Team

This team is to help us research properties and building options for our future.

Communications Team

The communications team fans out information to the members in the form of announcements, handouts, email, and web page updates.

Finance Team

The Finance Team provides for the efficient financial operations of the church within a framework of good stewardship. Each Sunday the team members meet and assist in the accounting of contributions. They also meet on an as needed basis.

Administrative Team

This team is made up of a representative from all the other teams, and based on input from the Finance Team oversees the financial aspect as well as implement the over all coordination of the teams. They meet monthly.

All teams are open to new members and welcome participation from the membership.
